Information about LITORAL apartments
Cancellations
The Cancellation of the contract has to be announced to the reception.
The cancellation of the reservation will have a penalization:
- Cancellation 30 days before of the arrival LITORAL will retain the 50% of the reservation
- Cancellation Less than 30 days before the arrival LITORAL will retain the 100% of the reservation
No reduction or refund will be given in case of later arrival or earlier departure.
Cleaning
Litoral will prepare the apartment clean and in perfect conditions. When leaving you must always clean up your holiday house unless you pay for the cleaning. Apart from that, you're always expected to leave behind your house in a decent state. This means, for instance, that all crockery and cutlery should be clean. If you fail to leave the rented holiday house, villa behind in a clean and tidy state.
Do I have to pay the rates?
The price that you see in our website is the final one, all expenses derivatives you rate, water, electricity comunity...all goes in charge of the company and under no circumstances in charge of the customers
Do I have to pay a deposit?
The customer has to pay a deposit the day of the arrival in question of guarantee of the apartment that it will be given back on the day of the departure whenever there is not any damage in the apartment or villa rented.
Linen and blankets
The linen, blankets, covers of pillows and hand towels are included in the price.
If the costumer wants extra linen it will have a cost of 10.-€ per person.
The blankets are disposable in all apartments and included in the price.
Number of persons:
The occupation of the apartment will be limited to the number of persons indicated in your Rental Voucher. In case of exceed the top capacity of the accomodation, LITORAL has the right to expell these persons.
Arrivals and departures
Our office is open from the 01th July to the 30 of Septembre from 9:00h to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00h; Sundays open from 10:00 to 13:00h. The rest of the year we are open from from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to the 19:00h.
The tenant will have the property at his disposal from 17:00pm on the first day of the rental. Arrivals are possible until 20:00 pm at the latest. If you wish to arrive later than 20:00 PM, this will have an extra cost of 70 Euros. Should your arrival time change due to delays or itinerary changes, please inform us as soon as possible calling 0034 977 369015, before 20:00 pm on your arrival day. Arrivals after 20:00pm that have not been informed before, cannot be guaranteed by LITORAL
The time of departure will be before 10:00 am on the last day of your stay. If you want to leave the apartment before 09:00 am, you have tell us in advance.
Note: If you cannot occupy the apartment on the estimated day as well as if you want to leave earlier, LITORAL can not make any refunds on the already paid rental price.
What happens if we are going to arrive late?
If the customer knows that they will arrive late on the day of arrival, they have to call some days in advance and inform the personal on the reception about the time of your arrival, otherwise LITORAL can not guaranteed the chek in.
Can I bring domestic animals?
If the costumer wants to bring domestic animals like, dogs, cats…. you have to contact before the reservation department. If you are going to bring a pet, you should always mention this when making your reservation. Even when pets are allowed, this does not mean that all types of pets are allowed. If you fail to indicate that you are bringing a pet, we have the right to deny you access to the rented holiday house. Don't forget to bring a certificate of good health and a certificate of vaccination against rabies. If you are bringing a pet, you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit.
