Placed in Sant Carles de la R\u00e0pita, with six and a half kilometers long, the Trabucador beach is one of the largest beaches in the Costa Dorada (and also in Catalonia). It\u2019s in an isolated \u00e1rea, in the reserve of the Natural Park of the Ebro Delta. It is a wild beach with a practically virgin landscape that gives a feeling of beauty and tranquility. Its waters are very shallow, so you will almost feel like you are walking on them.<\/p>\n

Els Muntanyans beach is in Torredembarra and is more than four kilometers long. It has the particularity of hosting an ecosystem of sand dunes and salt marshes, reason why it is considered a Space of Natural Interest. It is a beautiful beach, of very clean waters, that counts with the typical services and even with a nudist zone signaled with wooden signs.<\/p>\n

This beach in Tarragona is surrounded by a forest of ancient trees that give it a particular charm. It has shallow water, so it is perfect to go with children. Its fine sand stretches for almost three kilometers, hence its name. Ypu can find has showers, access adapted for the disabled, toilets and diving areas. It is a beach where there usually are many people, but as it is big, there is always space to find a good place to spread your towel and relax in the sun.<\/p>\n

If earlier we talked about the largest beaches on the Costa Dorada we now want to tell you about the three most hidden coves on the Costa Dorada, because during the holidays there always comes a time when one wants to take a break from the busy pace and relax in an isolated hidden corner, without the hustle and bustle of people. Here are three coves in which the environment and tranquility will become your best allies.<\/p>\n

Cala Jovera<\/b><\/h3>\n

Located at the foot of the Tamarit Castle, from here there are beautiful views of this medieval fortress and the surrounding environment. Due to its location, it was formerly used as a port. Now it is one of the most beautiful and well-preserved coves on the Costa Dorada, which is why it has received the \u00abVirgin beach of the Tarragona Coast\u00bb beach award. It doesn\u2019t have any showers, washbasins, lifeguards or any type of service and can only be accessed walking.<\/p>\n

Cala Roca Plana<\/b><\/h3>\n

This small cove is located in the middle of the Marquesa Forest, in an idyllic pine forest landscape on the Costa Dorada. It is a practically unspoiled cove, with crystalline waters where you can have fun practicing snorkeling, especially in the rocky area that delimits its space in a natural way. Like Cala Jovera, Cala Roca Plana has no services. You can only reach it after a half-way walk across a forest path, but it’s worth it! Keep in mind that it is a nudist cove.<\/p>\n

Cala Moros<\/b><\/h3>\n

Cala Moros is a piece of secluded and tranquil coast, of great natural beauty, which is located in El Perell\u00f3. It is not like most beaches and coves on the Costa Dorada. Its sand is thicker and darker than usual, with a certain volcanic aspect, and is flanked by rocks and vegetation. It is a very quiet cove in which there are hardly any people, which seems perfect to enjoy the sea without stress or haste.<\/p>\n
